炖燕窝
将燕窝先泡水，几个小时后放到砂锅里炖。
木瓜切开去籽后一勺一勺地舀到砂锅里。
再往锅中加入几块冰糖。
炖到差不多就可以关火了，偶也不知什么叫差不多。
头一次吃燕窝（不是我买的），吃的时候感觉像银耳。
不知道做得对不对，请懂的人不吝赐教！
